DMH DESIGN is a Seattle, WA based Universal Design Service, with 30 years of experience, specializing in home improvement remodeling, custom house plans designs, small home plans, kitchen design, bathrooms and garages. Since 2002, DMH DESIGN has provided designs tailored to the specific needs of our clients. The services we offer include the following project types:

• Home Designs: Home plans which emphasize the importance of site and Universal access, natural light and building orientation.
• House Plans Designs: Backyard cottages, small home plans up to Multi family buildings, we help you dertermine the best use of your property.
• Remodeling: Kitchen design, bathrooms, home additions, accessory dwelling units  are just a few projects types we can consult with you to plan and build.

DMH DESIGN works in close partnership with our clients and contractors to develop a budget that is fully considerate of a project’s “wish” and “needs” list during the house plans designs process. Whether the project is small in scope, involving kitchen design, updating bathrooms, adding garages, or developing small home plans for multi family use for your particular site or building, DMH DESIGN can be a valuable asset in the home designs process.

DMH DESIGN believes that it is important to “give back.” We actively support an organization called Pushing Boundaries, in order to promote awareness of those in our community dealing with spinal cord injuries. For the past four years we have been involved as a table captain, inviting others to join in and support this fine organization at their annual luncheon.
